From the library website, select the "Research by Subject" tab. Then choose "Art, Architecture, and Design."
Look a the "Core Resources," and choose Oxford Art Online, a scholarly art encyclopedia. Check off the box in the upper right, search "Grove Art." Enter the term Oud and do not worry about the initials. You will find a biographical entry with additional sources listed below the article.
If you need additional biographical information, go back to the "Research by Subject" tab and choose "Reference." The "Core Resources" included in Reference cover many different disciplines, unlike Oxford Art Online, which is an art encyclopedia. Try your search term in Gale Virtual Reference Library, Biography in Context, and Credo Reference.
