You might try both IEEE and Applied Science and Technology to begin your search. These are both peer-reviewed databases with scholarly articles in your subject area.
To get to these databases, start on the Library homepage, and click on the "Research by Subject" tab. Then scroll down the A-Z list and choose the databases alphabetically.
Alternatively, from the "Research by Subject" tab you can select a subject discipline, such as Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and you will find both research guides and core resources listed.
