Yes; you need to re-enter your password in the Printer Installation.

If that doesn't work, check that your user name is your lconnect user name. You may have to close the document you want to print, log out completely and log back in if your user name appears as your last name, first name vs. your lconnect user name.

(Make sure you select Alumni Library from the desktop.)
