Look for books first because you'll find the quality of the graphics are wonderful.
- Go to the library catalog using the search terms Kaufmann and plans.
- Note the title and author as well as the item location. Anything at the Circulation Desk is on Reserve for the class and will have to be used in the library.
Next, try to find a few scholarly articles. The Avery Index is the most comprehensive architectural database. But it is only an index so you will still need to retrieve the journal articles from the Circulation Desk.
- Go to advanced search screen.
- Find the physical description box and highlight plans.
- Enter the terms Kaufmann and Neutra in the search box and hit enter.
- Review the results and click on the sfx icon to determine whether we have the journal onsite. It's preferable to find a title that we have here because the quality of the graphics for plans will be better than if you have a copy of the article emailed to you via interlibrary loan.
